Ennerdale, North West Lake District, England.

Day 2: well over 20km, no idea of the height gain - Pillar (892m) - Great Gable (899m) - Haystacks (597m)

One more view of the temperature inversion in Buttermere valley. This is from Haystacks, which we really climbed only to see the inversion again. The mist was creeping in the valley in a rather magical fashion.

Processed from RAW in CS3, CPL and Dark Grey Grad (GG2) filters used.

no worries at all...................photography has been one of ma fav hobbies.........although I have never had a chance to sample it and test ma abilities for the same............... :)

I like ya vision, u knw one needs an eye to capture the moment n I guess ya work pretty much does justice to it............sooo KEEP UP the good work.....

It's an interesting thing, photography. I've learned a lot since I started doing a bit more, but it's always a challenge to get shots that are even half as great as the original view!
